НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

От смляното месо, ситно нарязаният лук и магданоз, накиснатият във вода и изстискан хляб, яйцата, смления черен пипер и сол на вкус се приготвя смес, която след като престои в хладилник 40 мин, се разстила върху мокра кърпа (фолио) на пласт с дебелина 1,5-2 см във форма на правоъгълник. Отгоре по дължината и през 2-3 см се слагат по средата –ред от твърдо сварените яйца. С помощта на кърпата, сместа се увива на руло. Рулото се притиска по дължина, а в краищата се загъва, за да не изпадне плънката, поставя се в намазана с масло и застлана с бекон на слайд форма за кекс  , намазва се отгоре и отстрани с разбития белтък, поръсва се с галета и настърган кашкавал, полива се с останалата мазнина , набожда се на няколко места с вилица , завива се с бекона и се пече във фурна. Петнадесет минути преди изваждането му, рулото се залива с останалото разтопено масло и настърган кашкавал. Готовото руло се нарязва, след като престои 15-20 минути на филийки с дебелина 1-1,5 см които се поставят в горещи чинии заливат се с готовия сос от печено и се гарнират с пържени картофи, зеленчуци с масло и др.
