Необходоми продукти

200 гр зрял фасул

30 гр краве масло 50 гр кромид лук 10 гр чесън 200 гр доматено пюре

200 гр главесто зеле 100 гр моркови 100 гр грах 100 гр картофи

100 гр паста

50 гр пармезан

50 гр заквасена сметана

 

Начин на приготвяне

  • Сварете фасула, посолете и запазете водата
  • Задушете в маслото морковите, лука, целина, магданоз и чесъна, нарязани надребно
  • Прибавете запръжката към водата от боба и прибавете зелето, картофите и граха
  • Добавете доматеното пюре, сол и черен пипер на вкус
  • Оставете всичко да ври на слаб огън 15 минути
  • Прибавете пастата и оставете да ври още 10 минути
  • Накрая прибавете боба
  • Сервирайте супата, поръсена с настърган пармезан и сметана.
