ШУНКА С АСПИКОВА МАЙОНЕЗА

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Дъното на чинията се покрива с тънък пласт охладен полутечен аспик. След втвърдяването му върху него се поставят нарязаните на жулиени шунка, стерилизирани краставички, вареният белтък , които предварително са разбъркани до получаване на еднорадна маса. Тази смес се залива с охладено полутечно желе към което сме прибавили майонезата със сок от магданоз. Сервира се като върху шунката се поставя  рохко сварено яйце.
