Нарежете свинското на късчета от по 10 г. и ги поставете в купа, добавете белтък и брашно, размесвайте докато месото се покрие с получената паста. В друга купа смесете праза, джиндифила, чесъна, соевия сос, ракията, захара, оцета, шипка сол и размито с малко вода И брашно.
Загрейте добре тигана на силен огън, налейте масло . Изпържете късчетата свинско месо в маслото до златисно-кафяв цвят. Изпържените късове свинско се изваждат от олиото.
Отново загрейте тиган на силен огън и налейте няколко капки масло. Прибавете смесените подправки и разбърквайте докато заври. Добавете в получения сос изпърженото свинско и размесете докато месото напълно се покрие с дебел слой от заливката. Изсипете в чиния и сервирайте.
