Омесва се меко и пухкаво тесто, което оставяте да втаса около 2 часа до удвояване на обема му. След това го разточвате на блат с размер 25 см (в зависимост от размера на тавата) и дебелина около 5 мм. Платката поставяте в намазнена тава и намазвате с доматеният сос ,добавяте останалите продукти за гарниране – пушеното свинско филе , луканката и бекона и шунката нарязани на тънки филийки, киселите краставички на кръгчета. Поръсва се с настърган кашкавал
