Гъбите се режат на филийки. Кипва се малко вода, сипва се лъжичка сол и лъжичка оцет и се пускат гъбите за 6-8 мин. Отцеждат се.Яйцата се сваряват-10мин. и се режат на резени. Другите продукти се нарязват на ситни кубченца. На дъното на чинията се подреждат резенчета гъби, в отделна купа се смесват нарязаните продукти и се сипват отгоре. Украсете с яйцата. Отделно се прави заливка с горчицата, майонезата, сметаната и подправките се поставя в сосиера. Сипва се върху всяка порция.
