ПУШЕНА СЬОМГА РУЛАДА С ГРАДИНСКИ КРАСТАВИЦИ
НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ Порции: 4
2 листа желатин
175 гр Филаделфия с билки
50 гр хрян
10 мл лимонов сок
300 гр градинска краставица
240 гр пушена сьомга фолио
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Желатина се накисва 5 минути в студена вода.
Филаделфията се разбърква с настърганият хрян до гладка консистенция, овкусява се на вкус с лимонов сок, сол и черен пипер.
Изцедете желатинът добре. Нагрейте желатина докато се разтвори напълно. Разбърква се до гладка консистенция с останалата част на Филаделфия крем. Нека се сгъсти за около 45 минути в хладилника.
Обелете краставицата, после се нарязва на половина по дължина и се израват семената с лъжица. Краставицата се напълва половини с Филаделфия крем и се затваря с другата половина краставица.
Нарязаната пушена сьомга леко се застъпва, върху найлоново фолио.
