ДОМАШЕН ТЕЧЕН ШОКОЛАД

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:

250 гр сухо мляко
50 гр. какао
125 гр масло
250 мл вода
300 гр захар
ванилия

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Загряват се на водна баня маслото, захарта и водата докато се разтопи маслото. В отделен съд се смесват какаото и сухото мляко и се добавят малко по малко от топлия сироп. Разбива се, докато стане гъста хомогенна смес и се маха от котлона. Оставя се да изстине.
