САЛАТА ОТ ТЕЛЕШКО ФИЛЕ , АСПЕРЖИ И АВОКАДО
НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
200 гр телешко бонфиле
100 гр пресни аспержи
100 гр пресен зелен фасул
100 гр авокадо
100 гр сирене Фета
50 гр чери домати
50 гр червен лук
30 мл зехтин
20 мл лимонов сок
5 гр мед
20 мл портокалов сок
черен пипер
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Почистете телешкото бонфиле и нарежете на гредички. Мариновайте за 4 часа и изпържете в малко мазнина , но да остане сочно. Измитите аспержите и зеления фасул и ги бланширайте за кратко в гореща вода, оставят се да се изцедят и се подреждат в плато. След това поставете малки кубчета сирене Фета , половинки чери домати обеленото и нарязано авокадо поръсено с малко лимонош сок за да не потъмнее и малко червен лук.
Пригответе соса: Смесете 1 супена лъжица мед, 2 супени лъжици лимонов сок, 2 супени лъжици портокалов сок с 3 супени лъжици зехтин и черен пипер. Изсипете върху готовата салати и гарнирайте с листа мента.
