КРЕП СЪС СИРЕНЕ БРИ

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ ЗА 4 ПОРЦИИ:

20 мл течен мед

125 гр нарязани орехи

1 щипка сол

300 гр сирене Бри

3 яйца

250 гр брашно

500 мл пълномаслено мляко

40 гр масло

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Смесете за палачинково тесто пресято брашно, мляко и сол и разбийте докато сместа стане гладка. Добавете разбитите яйца и разтопеното масло.

Смесете, покрийте тестото и го оставете да почине за минимум час. Сипете част от тестото в горещ тиган. Образува се тънка палачинка и я оставете за 1 минута от всяка страна.

Поставете крепа в чиния и гарнирайте с тънки парчета Бри, счукани орехи и мед. Сгънете крепа на четири и сервирайте.
