КАРТОФИ ПО ПАНАГЮРСКИ

по панагюрски Брутно тегло, г
Продукти за … брой порции

картофи 2650 265
растително масло 100 10
краве масло 100 10
лук 500 50
домати 600 60
чесън 50 5
копър 50 5
черен пипер 2 0,2
сол 15 1,5

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Изрежете на филийки , без да стигате до края картофите.

Нарежете на ситно лук, задушете го за кратко в сгорещена мазнина.

Прибавете стерилизираните домати, нарязани на кубчета.

Прибавете копър и наситнения чесън. Задушате за кратко, докато се изпари течността.

Осолете вътрешността на картофите, напълнете ги с приготвената плънка, подредете ги на дъното на глинен съд. Отгоре поставете масло и малко бульн.

Поставете съда в загрята фурна до 180 градуса С, печете в продължение на 60 мин.  докато картофите останат на мазнина.
