НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Свинското бонфиле се начуква за да е по-тънко . Сачът се загрява – на газов котлон или на съвсем обикновен (в този случай трябва да се сложи, когато котлона е още студен), намазва се със сланина и се запича месото и сланината. Когато сача е достатъчно загрят, огъня се намалява. След като месото е изпечено от едната страна се обръща и се слагат зеленчуците – лук нарязан на шайби, гъби, тиквички, патладжани нарязани на филии и царевица. Накрая се поръсва с настърган кашкавал и може за кратко да се запече във фурна.
