ПИЛЕШКО ФИЛЕ СЪС СМЕТАНОВ СОС С КАМЕМБЕР
Необходими продукти за 2 порции:
300 гр пилешко филе
20 мл зехтин
30 гр сирене Камембер
30 гр топено сирене
20 гр краве масло
30 мл бяло вино
50 гр готварска сметана
5 гр див лук
5 гр розмарин
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Почистваме пилешкото филе, правим тънки надлъжни разрези, овкусяваме със , сол, черен пипер и пресни билки – розмарин и див лук, след което мариноваме месото в кисело мляко за 3 часа.
Приготвяме топъл сос от масло, бяло вино, сметана, топено сирене, сирене Камембер и настърган кашкавал и подправки.
Сервираме филето със соса и задушен ориз.
