НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ: ЗА 4 ПОРЦИИ
4 по 180 гр телешки стек
сол, черен пипер
за пюрето:
600 гр картофи
50 гр масло
100 мл сметана
100 мл мляко
сол, индийско орехче
див лук – ситно нарязан
за соса:
100 мл сок от гренадин
200 мл сос демиглас
сол, черен пипер, захар
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Почистете филето и натежете стековете. Подправете със сол и черен пипер и го оставете да починат за около 6 минути при 60 ° С в предварително загрята фурна. Запечете при 200° С за 15 минути.
За пюрето сварете обелените и нарязани картофи, докато омекнат. Излейте водата. Тогава добавете масло, мляко и сметана и пасирайте. Добавете див лук и подправете със сол, черен пипер и индийско орехче.
Смесете соса демиглас със сока от гренадин и редуцирайте на котлона докато обема се намали около 1/3. Подправете на вкус.
