СВИНСКО БОН ФИЛЕ С КОРИЧКА ШАМ ФЪСТЪК

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ ЗА 4 ДУШИ:

400 гр свинско филе

15 мл зехтин

10 гр мед

10 гр горчица

200 гр безсолни шам фъстък

50 мл зехтин

20 мл зехтин

1 стрък розмарин

1 дафинов лист

сол

 

За компота:

250 гр сини сливи

10 гр захар

200 мл вода

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

В купа смесете меда с горчица, зехтин и сол и внимателно намажете месото с тази смес. Поставете го в купа и се покрива с фолио и го оставете да отлежи в хладилника за няколко часа.

Обелени шамфъстъци поставете ги във вряща вода за минута и нарежете на едро.

Подгответе компота от сливи като поставите в малка тенджера сините сливи (предварително накиснати в студена вода), захарта и водата. Сварете докато сливите не са омекнали (не трябва да е прекалено суха, все пак).

След времето за почивка, можете да вземе месото от хладилника и да покриете повърхността му с шамфъстък.

Сложете месото в тиган с малко зехтин , бяло вино , розмарин и дафинов лист и задушете на 180 градуса за 40 минути.

След като е готово нарежете на филийки и сервирайте с компот от сливи.
