НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Приготвят се добуш какаови платки , като яйцата се разделят, белтъците от жълтъците в два съда. Към жълтъците се прибавя една четвърт от захарта и се разбъркват до пълно стопяване на захарта. Белтъците се разбиват на пяна , като по време на разбиването се прибавя останалото количество захар на няколко пъти. Добавят се разбитите жълтъци към разбитите белтъци и в процеса на бъркането с решетъчна лъжица се прибавя пресятото брашно и какао. Сместа се разпределя равномерно на около 1 см дебелина на хартия и се пече в тава с размери 400 -600 мм при умерена температура 200-250˚С. След като изстине платката се намазва с крем Гараш от избита сметана и течен шоколад и се навива на руло. Рулото се оформя като дървено пънче и  се поръсва с настъргани със зеленчукобелачка шоколад.
