НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Пилешкото филе се сварява в отвара от ароматни корени или в бульон. Месото се нарязва на по-едри кубчета. Гърдите, нарязани на ивички, се задушават в масло. От брашното, маслото и бульона се приготвя гъст бял сос, който се подправя с вино и сметана и се застройва с жълтъци. Всички продукти се размесват добре и се прибавят подправките. Сместа се разпределя в порционни форми или порцеланови чаши, намазани с масло, полива се с холандски сос, поръсва се с настъргания кашкавал и се запича до зачервяване в предварително сгорещена фурна. Поднася се във формата. Отделно се поднасят резенчета лимон и филийка препечен хляб.
