НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Ябълките се обелват и нарязват на резени. Посипват се със захарта (може да се сложи повече захар, ако ябълките са кисели), канела на вкус и 20 г галета. Тестото се омесва от брашното, размекнатото масло и половината от яйцето . Тестото се разделя на десет. Точат се кори – с които се постила дъното на малка формичка, но така, че да излиза отстрани (целта е да може да се прищипе ). Подредете ябълките. Прищипват се краищата им. Може да се украси с изрязана от тесто ябълка и листенца. Като се позапече, се намазва с жълтък и се поръсва леко с кристална захар и отново се запича до красив цвят. Залейте с топинг карамел.
