- 4 бр белтъка
- 125 гр захар
- 4 бр жълтъци
- 125 гр брашно
Захарен сироп с уиски
- 200 мл вода
- 80 гр захар
- 100 мл уиски
Тирамису (чаши 5 см диаметър)
- 30 гр захар
- 30 мл вода
- 1 ванилия шушулка
- 180 гр варени кестени
- 250 гр маскарпоне
- 40 гр захар
- 50 мл уиски

- какао на прах
- захаросани кестени
Блат
Разбийте белтъците на сняг. Прибавят се 25 г захар. Старателно разбийте жълтъците и останалата част от захарта. С помощта на шпатула, прибавете белтъците към жълтъците.
