ТИРАМИСУ СЛАДОЛЕДЕНА ТОРТА

 

Очаровайте гостите си с този зашеметяващ летен десерт, перфектен за открити вечерни партита

 

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ

 

500 гр маскарпоне

115 гр  пудра захар

60 мл вино марсала

50 гр тъмен шоколад, нарязан

150 мл сметана

50 гр прясно смляно кафе

50 мл ром

85 гр пудра захар

200 гр бишкоти Savoiardi

какао  на прах

150 мл сметана

шоколадови стърготини или къдрици

 

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ

 

Разбийте маскарпоне, захар и Marsala заедно след това добавете разбитите сметана с шоколад.

Пригответе кафето с 600 мл кипяща вода, оставете за 5 минути след това прецедете в купа и разбъркайте в захар и ром.

Бишкотите бързо се потапя в  сместа от кафе и се подреждат в подходящ съд.

Покрийте първият ред бишкоти с  половината на кремообразна смес. Потопете последните бишкоти в кафето и поставете върху крема. Поставете останалата кремообразна смес. Покрийте с фолио и замразете. Преди поднасяне, върху една чиния, премахнете фолиото и поръсете с какао. Украсете с шоколад.
