НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ
300 гр варени пилешки бутчета и обезкостени и нарязани
200 гр чоризо колбас нарязан
15 мл зехтин
100 гр глава лук нарязан
20 гр скилидки чесън смачкани
20 гр червени люти чушки нарязани
100 гр червена чушка нарязана
100 гр зелена чушка нарязана
400 гр консерва домати
300 гр ориз Arborio
600 мл пилешки бульон (течност)
1 щипка пресен къдрав магданоз нарязан
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ
Загрейте олиото в тиган.
На умерен огън добавете наденицата чоризо и запържете от двете страни. Избършете излишната мазнина от тиган с хартиена кърпа.
Добави чесън и лют червен пипер на тиган и запечете, докато покафенеят.
Добави пиперките и готвене за 3 минути.
Добавете доматите и варете в продължение на 5 минути.
Прибавете ориз и пилешки бульон.
Оставете да заври, разбърква се веднъж. Не се разбърква отново.
Намалете температурата до по ниска, покрийте и оставете да къкри за 15 минути.
Добави пилето и варете в продължение на 10 минути или докато цялата течност се абсорбира. Оставете го включен за още 10 минути.
Изключете топлина и я оставете да престои 5 минути.
