ФАРШИРОВАНИ ЯЙЦА А ЛА РУС

Яйца с черен хайвер 150 - за една порция

Продукти за … брой порции за … брой порции

черен хайвер 20 2 20 2
руска салата 800 80 800 80
майонеза 150 15 150 15
пресен лук 180 18 100 10
краве масло 20 2 20 2
зелена салата 30 3 20 2
магданоз 40 4 30 3

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Разрежете твърдо сварените яйца на половинки и извадете жълтъците. Настържете лука на едро ренде. Размачкайте жълтъците и ги смесете с лука. Добавете към тях майонезата и разбъркайте добре. С получената смес напълнете половинките белтъци. За ефект може да използвате шприц. Отгоре украсете с червен хайвер.

Подредете красиво в чиния пълнените яйца или поставете всяко от тях върху канапе от руска салата. Може да декорирате предястието с тънки перца зелен лук и магданоз.
