синьо сирене 30 30
шам фастък 20 20
зехтин 15 15
боровинки 50 50
рукула 20 20
копър, анасон,канела 3 3
пилешки булон 2 2
захар 1 1

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Пилешкото филе се начуква. Поръсват се със сол и останалите подправки и се поставя плънка от шам фастък, рукула и синьото сирене. Завива се на руладина. Зехтинът се загрява силно и в него до златисто се запечатва филето. Изваждат се и при мазнината се добавя 100-150 мл пилешки бульон . Слагат се останалите подправки и боровинките. След като течността заври, пилешките гърди се връщат в тигана и се изчаква 3-5 минути. Прибавя се сметаната и се изчаква сосът да се уплътни. Сервира се със сос , боровинки и лека гарнитура от свежи зеленчуци.
