Сварете добре измития ориз и го оставете да изстине докато стане рехав. Разбъркайте яйцата в нагорещен тиган с мазнина. След минута прибавете задушени на ситно нарязани зеленчуци и ситно нарязания стар лук. Бъркайте интензивно около минута-две и започнете да прибавяте ориза постепенно без да спирате да бъркате.
