захар 50 5
кисело мляко 500 50
ванилена захар 10 1
карамел 300 30
натурален шоколад 30 3
Бейлис 30 3
Желатинът се накисва в студена вода за 5 мин.
Сметаната се слага да заври със захарта. Отстранява се от огъня и се добавят ванилената захар и желатинът и Бейлиса. Разбърква се, докато се стопят. Охлажда се леко и се добавя киселото мляко. Малки формички за мъфини се намазват с олио. На дъното се слага цяла смокиня, отгоре се залива с млечната смес и се оставя в хладилника да се желира най-малко 6 часа.
Панакотата се изважда, като се потапя за кратко в топла вода и се обръща върху чиния, която е декорирана с шоколадов сос. Сервира се с фигурки от карамел.
