Сместа се омесва и се оставя да престои около 15 мин. В намазана с мазнина тава се подреждат оформените с купичка порции. Всяка се полива с бешамелов сос застроен с яйце и се поръсва с настърганият кашкавал и кравето масло. Запича се във фурна до зачервяване. Поднася се с заквасена сметана. |
