картофи 800
праз лук 500
лук 250
шунка 250
растително масло 50
репички 100
див чесън 100
сол 20
обезмаслена извара 500
мляко 50
майонеза 20
Обелените и измити картофи се нарязват на кубчета и се изпържват в мазнина. Подправете със сол и черен пипер. Почистеният и измит праз лук се нарязва на кръгчета и заедно с нарязаните лук и шунка на кубчета се прибавя към картофите .Прибавят се и нарязаните репички и див лук и се доизпържва. Поднесете с разбитата извара с майонеза и мляко и див лук.
