захар 500
канела 10
краве масло 100
сусам 100

Ябълките се обелват и изчистват от семките. От захарта, водата, маслото се приготвя карамелен сос, както за крем карамел – взема се дълбок тиган с диаметър 15 см, първо се разтопява маслото, след което се слага захарта и водата и с оставя на котлона докато се разтопи захарта, без да загори. Добавя се канелата към соса. Ябълките се потапят в карамела докато е топъл и течен и един по един се овалват в сусама. Подреждат се внимателно в чиния. Може да се сервират в индивидуални чинии, гарнирани отстрани с топка сладолед или мляко с ориз .
