Зелето се нарязва на жулиени, чушките – на кръгчета. Поставят се в купа, добавя се и морковът, който е на тънки ивици. Добавя се нарязаната на дребно салата и червен лук. Гъбите се нарязват на четвъртинки и се запичат на барбекю. Дресингът се приготвя като зехтинът, оцетът, чесънът, горчицата, солта, копърът и магданозът се поставят в пасатор и се пасират.
Салатата се посолява и се полива с винегрета, добавят се гъбите, разбърква се и се сервира.
