НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:

За 1 кг: 5 л. прясно мляко, 250 г кисело мляко (или 50 г калциев хлорат от аптеките).

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Прясното мляко се загрява. Преди да се кипне, към него се прибавя разбитото кисело мляко. Разбърква се, кипва се и веднага се отстранява от печката. След изстиването получената извара се прецежда.
