Смесвате всички продукти за подложката до пълна готовност – да се получи меко и пухкаво тесто, което оставяте да втаса около 1 час покрито с кърпа за около 2 часа до удвояване на обема му. След това го разточвате на кори размер 20-25 см (в зависимост от размера на тавата) и дебелина около 5 мм. Платката поставяте в намазнена тава и намазвате с доматения сос покривате с нарязани на кръгчета домати и наръсвате със зехтин. Запичате около 10 минути след което добавяте останалите продукри за гарниране – шунката , нарязана на тънки филийки, , маслините – на полвинки, почистени от костилките, гъбите – на филийки, чушките – на кръгчета. Поръсва се с настърган кашкавал. Сега допичате пицата, до апетитно златисто
