300 г моркови

200 г авокадо

300 г манго

200 г червено зеле

50 г маруля

10 г мента

100 г лайм

12 бр оризова хартия

За дресинга от моркови

10 г тахан

10 мл оризов оцет

5 г сол

За фъстъчения сос

20 г натурално фъстъчено масло

10 мл оризов оцет

2 г сол

5 г мед



Измиваме и нарязваме зеленчуците.

Приготвяме дресинга от тахан, като смесваме всички съставки в купа.

Подправяме настърганият моркова с него.

Настържете лайм и поръсете авокадото със сока от половин лайм.

Правим фъстъчен сос, като смесете всички съставки в купа, докато получите еднороден  кремообразен сос.

Хидратираме оризовата хартия във вода.

Разстиламе хартията върху повърхност и пълним ролцата си на вкус.

Сервираме заедно с фъстъчения сос.
