НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
- Сваряват се обелените и нарязани картофи
- В тиган с растително масло се запържва нарязания бекон на средна температура до зачервяване. Добавя се към него нарязания на ситно зелен лук и се запържва за кратко.
- Отстранява се тигана от котлона и се добавя ябълковия оцет, ситно нарязания магданоз, горчица и пилешкия бульон и морска сол и прясно смлян черен пипер.
- Добавя се сместа от тигана към горещите картофи заедно с нарязани на ситно кисели краставички и червен лук.
