300 гр маскарпоне

20 гр захар

1/2 ванилова шушулка,

300 гр сметана

100 гр малини

100 гр сладко от зелени смокини

100 гр боровинки,

10 гр пудра захар,

10 гр пудра захар за напудряне,

4 бр лимон за гарниране

200 гр шоколад


Разтопете на водна баня шоколада и покрийте с плътен слой вътрешната страна на силиконови сфери. Замразете за 2 часа и внимателно извадете шоколадовите сфери.

Междувременно смесете крем от маскарпоне, разбитата с малко захар сметана, ванилия семена. Разбийте кремът, докато стане пухкав.  Измийте внимателно плодовете и ги оставете да се отцедят добре.

За малиновият сос смесете 80 г малини с пудра захар и пасирайте на пюре. Прецедете през сито.

Четири порции сфери поставете върху чиниите. Монтирайте кремът върху тях и добавете горски плодове.  Украсете  и сервирайте веднага.
