ТУНА ЛИМОНОВ МУС

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:

6 бр лимони

240 гр риба тон в зехтин

200 гр картофи

30 гр маслини

10 гр каперси

20 гр аншоа в зехтин

20 гр магданоз

10 гр желатин

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Срежете лимоните на половина, изстискайте сока и заделени кората за да послужи за основа на муса.

Изцедете от маслото рибата тон, добавете пасиран варен картоф, сокът от 2 лимона, нарязаните маслини и каперси, аншоа и няколко листа от магданоз.

В малка тенджера, разтопете желатина, напоен със студена вода в продължение на 15 минути .

Добавете го към крема от риба тон, разбърква се и се разпределят в лимоните.
