САЛАТА КАПРЕЗЕ С ПЕЧЕН ПАТЛАДЖАН, ШУНКА И ПЕСТО С РУКОЛА
НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
300 гр моцарела
300 гр червени и твърди домати
300 гр патладжан
150 гр нарязано на слай прошуто
20 гр осолено кашу нарязано
сол на вкус
черен пипер на вкус
зехтинът за вкус
За рукола песто
100 гр рукола
300 мл зехтин
1 скилидка чесън
30 гр настърган пармезан
10 гр кашу
сол на вкус
черен пипер на вкус
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Нарежете моцарелата и доматите на филийки около ½ см и се оставят настрана. Нарежете патладжана на филийки 1 см, го подправете със сол и черен пипер на грил тиган с малко зехтин, докато покафенеят.
Сглобете салатата от резен домат, моцарела и патладжан. Подправете със сол и черен пипер. Поставете песто сос отгоре и завършрте с цвете от прошуто и се поръсва със ситно нарязано кашу.
Измийте руколата и оставете да изсъхне добре (ако е мокра соса може да потъмнее). Поставете рукола, зехтин, чесън, кашу, пармезан, сол и черен пипер в блендер. Разбийте, докато стане гладка смес. Съхранявайте в затворен съд в хладилника.
