МИДИ СЕН ЖАК С ЦИТРУСОВО МАСЛО

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ: ЗА 2 ПОРЦИИ

6 бр миди Сен Жак

2 гр цитрусов черен пипер

сол

40 гр масло

200 гр портокал

За цитрусово масло:

200 гр портокал

100 гр лимон

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

За цитрусово маслото :

Подгответе портокала и лимона. Извличане на цитрусов сок. Редуцирайте в тиган до половината, а след това добавете маслото и разбивайте за монтиране.

Запържете ядките от мидите Сен Жак от всяка страна в малко масло, сол, черен пипер, до готовност.

Извадете филенца от портокала.

Дресиране:
