НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Почистените плодове се нарязват на кубчета (манго, папая , личито и физалиса се оставят цели), размесват се и се поставят в подходящи съдове, поливат се с рома . Белият шоколад се темперира на водна баня и потапят плодовете след което се охлаждат . Поставят се в пъпеш изрязан наполовина и се поднасят , като се украсени с резени от плодовете и розички от сметана.
