НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ

Тиквичките се измиват, обелват се ,издълбават се, и се поръсват със сол. Полуизпържват се в част от мазнината. Лукът, обелен, измит и нарязан на дребно се задушава в мазнина, докато измени цвета си. Прибавят се последователно смляното месо , доматеното пюре и когато се изпари водата и червения пипер. В намазана с мазнина тава дъното на която предварително е посипано с дребно нарязани домати, се нареждат  тиквички с плънка и  копър,  като се завършва с тиквички и филийки домати . залива се със разредено доматено пюре и се запича. След това се залива с бешамелов сос, приготвен от кравето масло, брашното, млякото и яйцата, на които отделно са избити белтъците на сняг. Поръсва се с настъргания кашкавал и отново се пече до зачервяване.
