ТЕРИН ОТ ПЕЧЕНИ ПИПЕРКИ И КРЕМА СИРЕНЕ
НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
1000 гр червени пиперки
200 гр крема сирене
100 гр цедено кисело мляко
100 гр заквасена сметана
20 гр желатин
босилек и мента
сол
балсамов оцет за сервиране
препечен хляб за сервиране
зелена салата за сервиране
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Използваме малка продълговата форма за кекс, която облича с печени пиперки, по стените.
