ПРАЗНИЧНА БАНИЦА

кисело мляко 200
яйца 5 бр 250
сода 5

НАЧИН НА ПРГОТВЯНЕ:

Корите се поръсват с масло една по една, слага се част от плънката върху кора по  една прегъната наполовина и се завиват и поставят във форма за мъфини.

Плънката се приготвя като яйцата се разбиват с киселото мляко в което сме разтворили содата за хляб и се прибавя натрошеното сирене и част от маслото.

Баницата се пече в умерена фурна (200 С) до златисто. След запичане се сервира с кисело мляко.
