НАЧИН ЗА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Картофите се сваряват и обелват. Претритите картофи се смесват с яйцата, смленият черен пипер, сол и настърганият кашкавал. От сместа се правят топчета , които се панират в брашно и се варят в подсолена вода, докато изплуват на повърхността. Изваждат се с решетъчна лъжица и се заливат със запържена в краве масло галета. Поднасят се с гарнитура от кисело мляко.
