ТАЙ САЛАТА В КОКОС С ДИНЯ, РУКОЛА И МЕНТА

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:

500 гр нарязана на кубчета диня
100 гр кориандър
200 гр рукола
100 гр мента
100 гр фъстъци
100 гр настърган кокосов орех
200 гр маруля
50 гр ядливи цветя
сос:

20 гр настърган джинджифил
20 мл соев сос
60 мл зехтин
Сок от 3 лимони
сол и черен пипер на вкус

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Подредете измитите и подсушени листа в чиния и след това се добавят сухите съставки, динята и билките.
Накрая, овкусете с дресинг за салата и гарнитура с листенца от ядливите цветя.
