слънчогледово масло 200
лук 250
пиперки Сиврия 800
червени домати 470
доматено пюре 50
магданоз 50
ориз 350
червен пипер 5
черен пипер 2
сол 15

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Почистеното от костите месо се нарязва на порционни парчета и заедно с лука се задушава докато остане на мазнина. Прибавят се червеният пипер, солта и част от доматите, нарязани на дребно. Залива се с гореща вода или бульон и се задушава до полуомекване на продуктите. Прибавят се пиперките, нарязани на ивички. Прибавя се оризът , а след 15 мин. ч и обелените и нарязани домати. Ястието се запича във фурна и се поднася с дребно нарязан магданоз.
