НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Брашното се изпържва в масло с куркума, залива се с мляко, разредено с гореща вода в съотношение 2:1. Посолява се и се вари при слабо нагряване и при непрекъснато бъркане до сгъстяване. Кашата се поднася гореща , застроена с жълтък и поръсена с настърган кашкавал.
