НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Пилешкото месо се нарязва на порции и заедно с картофите, пресния лук и пресните гъби нарязани на шайби се запича във фурна като първо се подправя с сол, червен пипер и се полива с бира.

Преди да е готово поръсете с настърган кашкавал и запечете 15 мин. във фурната.
