800 гр  35% животинска сметана

350 гр  яйчни жълтъци

200 гр захар

100 гр кафе еспресо



Загрейте фурната до 180 С.

Загрейте сметаната бавно. Прибавете кафето.

В купа смесете жълтъците и захарта.

Бавно разбийте жълтъците и поддържете да разбърквате като добавяте сметаната.

Разделете сместа равномерно в съдове за крем брюле и печете в продължение на 30 минути.

Поставете крем брюле в хладилника за 4 часа.

За карамелов топинг, посипете малко кафява захар на върха на крем брюле и с помоща на горелка карамелизирайте захар.
