ПИЛЕШКИ ПЪРЖОЛИ ПО АРЖЕНТИНСКИ

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ

4 по 150 гр пилешки пържоли

черен пипер

сол

200 гр лук

10 гр горчица

100 гр майонеза

250 гр сирене Чедър

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Начукайте пилешките пържоли и ги овкусете със сол и черен пипер.

Поставете ги в намазнена тава и върху тях поставете ситно нарязан лук.

Намажете всяка пържола с горчица и майонезата, предварително разбити.

Поръсете с настърган на едро ренде сирене Чедър и притиснете с ръка.

Поставете тавата да се пече за около 40 минути на 200 градуса С покрити с фолио. Малко преди пържолите да са готови, махнете фолиото и запечете до златисто.

По желание поднесете пилешки пържоли по аржентински с гарнитура от задушени зеленчуци.
