НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Почистените и нарязни пресни манатарки се задушават в част от мазнината след ситно нарязания лук . Прибавят се обелените и нарязани чери домати. Яйцата се разбиват с прясното мляко, добавя се моцарелата , задушените зеленчуци и листа рукола. Сместа се посолява и се излива в тиган със затоплена мазнина . Добре изпърженият от двете страни омлет се поднася в затоплена чиния, поръсен със ситно нарязан магданоз
