НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ: за 5 порции
500 гр картофи
100 гр кисели краставички
100 гр пушен бекон
100 гр кашкавал
100 гр гъби
65 гр масло
5 гр сол
5 гр мащерка
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Картофите се сваряват и обелват.
Бекона, киселите краставички и гъбите се нарязват на малки кубчета.
Маслото се разтопява и се добавя мащерката.
Картофите се срязват посредата и се издълбават , пълнят се със сместа, поливат се с разтопеното масло. Отгоре се поръсва с настърган кашкавал и се пекат на умерена фурна до златисто.
